Hi!
This has been implemented. Real estate transactions are now available as a new asset class with full metrics, including mortgage and rental schedules.
Rental income can also be tracked in the Dashboard, under upcoming events and inside the Dividends tab.
Hi!
I’ve been reviewing everything and it looks great. Thanks a lot for the excellent work 👏
The only thing I’m missing is a way to see the net worth in my dashboard, taking mortgages into account.
A simple option or checkbox to show:
assets − mortgages
Would be really helpful.
Thanks again!
Good news - this feature has now been implemented!
How it works:
1. Go to your Profile Settings page:
2. You'll find a new toggle: "Deduct Mortgages from Net Worth"
3. When enabled (it's ON by default), your dashboard will show:
-Portfolio value = Assets − Mortgages
-Initially invested = Also adjusted for mortgages
-A tooltip on the total value shows the mortgage deduction amount
The mortgage deduction applies to:
-Main dashboard total
-Portfolio cards
-Holdings page
-This way you can see your true net worth (equity) rather than just gross asset value.
Let me know if you have any questions or feedback on the implementation!
