SG1DB9000009 (Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF / BYJ) is traded in SGD not in USD if I understand it correctly. The transaction requires the input in USD and in the dashboard it is also shown in that currency. You confused it with BYI which is traded in USD
