Centrepoint Alliance Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides financial advice and licensee support services in Australia. It operates through Licensee and Advice Services, Fund Management and Administration, and Consulting Services segments. The company offers Australian financial services licensee services to financial advisers; mortgage broking services, financial planning, and advice services to end clients; and investor directed portfolio services, investment management services to advisers and its clients, and promoter and investment services, as well as consulting services for self-licensed advisers and licensees. It also provides lending solutions, such as residential, commercial, small business finance, car loans, and equipment finance for business, such as truck, yellow goods, machinery, etc. In addition, the company provides services to licenced and self-licenced advisers consist of licensing options, practice management, compliance, research, education, and technology; investments and construct diversified managed account portfolios services; portfolio services for investment and superannuation; and lending solutions that supports brokers and advisers with a credit licence, technology, lending panel, and training and education. The company was formerly known as Alliance Finance Corporation Limited and changed its name to Centrepoint Alliance Limited in September 2005. Centrepoint Alliance Limited was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
