It develops clinical programs, including Barzolvolimab (CDX-0159), a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds the KIT receptor and potently inhibits its activity for treating chronic urticarias, prurigo nodularis, eosinophilic esophagitis, and atopic dermatitis; and CDX-622, a bispecific candidate for inflammatory diseases, which targets two complementary pathways that drive chronic inflammation, potently neutralizing the alarmin thymic stromal lymphopoietin and depleting mast cells through stem cell factor starvation. Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is headquartered in Hampton, New Jersey.
