The Chemical Manufacturing segment engages in the production of specialty chemicals; undertakes advanced formulation and contract manufacturing on behalf of third parties; and manufactures DGL branded goods. The Logistics segment offers transport, logistics, and warehousing services focusing on dangerous and hazardous goods, as well as freight forwarding and inventory management services. This segment also manages logistics and distribution for other goods including food, pharmaceutical products, agricultural products, security sensitive goods, and temperature-controlled products. The Environmental Solutions segment is involved in resource recovery and waste management comprising liquid waste treatment, end-of-life lead acid battery recycling, and lead smelting and refining; and operates a wastewater treatment plant to process liquid waste generated. DGL Group Limited was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
