Fourlis Holdings S.A., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the retail trading business in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. The company operates through Retail Home Furnishings and Retail Sporting Goods segments. It is involved in the retail trade of home furniture and household goods through IKEA stores; sporting goods through INTERSPORT and FOOT LOCKER stores; health and wellness goods through Holland and Barrett stores. The company also provides warehousing, supply chain, corporate governance, IT, human resources, financial management, and procurement services, as well as holds real estate; and operates shopping centres. It sells its products through e-commerce and physical stores. The company was formerly known as Fourlis Bros S.A. and changed its name to Fourlis Holdings S.A. in March 2000. Fourlis Holdings S.A. was incorporated in 1950 and is headquartered in Kifissia, Greece.
