Star Alliance International Corp., an exploration stage company, acquires and develops gold and other mining properties worldwide. The company also explores for lithium, silver, and rare earth elements deposits. It holds interest in the Troy mining property, including 78 gold mining claims covering an area of approximately 4,800 acres located east/southeast of El Portal, California, in Mariposa County; and has a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% in the Genesis extraction system, and the Rio Jalan Project. The company was formerly known as Asteriko Corp. and changed its name to Star Alliance International Corp. in March 2017. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
