Company Profile
XRF Scientific Limited manufactures and markets precious metal products, specialized chemicals, and instruments for the scientific, analytical, construction materials, chemicals, petrochemicals, and metals and mining industries in Australia, Canada, and Europe. It operates through Capital Equipment, Precious Metals, and Consumables segments. The Capital Equipment segment manufactures sample preparation products and analytical instruments. Its Precious Metals segment manufactures products for the laboratory and industrial platinum alloy markets. The Consumables segment manufactures chemicals and other supplies for analytical laboratories. It also provides electric and gas fusion machines, flux weighing, fusion flux, and fusion labware products; reference materials, including drift monitors, fused calibration beads, and synthetic iron ore; pressing consumables and xrTab binder tablets; zirconium crucibles; laboratory jaw crushers and containerised laboratories; press and pellet press dies; water dispensing systems; platinum beakers, crucibles, and dishes; and platinum products, such as electrodes, ICP components, customised platinum components, and semi-finished products. In addition, the company offers instruments comprising thermogravimetric analysis; CGA elemental analysers; pH, conductivity, and acid base titration; and weighing systems, as well as product recycling services. XRF Scientific Limited was founded in 1972 and is based in Osborne Park, Australia.
