Partner Program terms

1. The relationship

These terms govern your participation in the AllInvestView Partner Program. You promote AllInvestView as an independent partner. Nothing here creates employment, agency, exclusivity, a joint venture or authority to bind AllInvestView.

You must use your normal verified AllInvestView account, provide accurate application details and keep your public profile information reasonably current. Approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed by submitting an application or accepting these terms.

2. Eligible referrals and attribution

  • A visitor may choose to let AllInvestView remember a valid partner link for 60 days. Refusing consent does not restrict browsing, registration or purchase.
  • Before the first eligible paid purchase, a valid partner code entered by the customer on an AllInvestView pricing page takes priority. Otherwise, the most recent valid consented partner link wins.
  • Attribution locks when the first eligible payment earns commission. Later links or codes do not replace it.
  • A free or trial user with no prior successful AllInvestView payment may be attributed. A current or former paying customer cannot be newly attributed.
  • Self-referrals, fabricated customers, automated signups and attempts to override another partner’s attribution are not eligible.

3. Commission

For an eligible subscription, commission is 30% of eligible revenue during the first 12 calendar months from that customer’s first eligible paid purchase. The interval begins on that purchase date and ends before the corresponding date 12 months later. Reactivation does not restart the period.

For an eligible Lifetime Deal, commission is 30% of eligible revenue, capped at €50.00 or $50.00 in the sale currency for that purchase.

Eligible revenue is the amount Stripe actually collects after discounts, excluding tax and limited to eligible AllInvestView line items. Stripe processing fees are not deducted. Free trials, failed payments, App Store or Google Play payments, unknown prices and non-AllInvestView products do not earn commission.

Commission is rounded once to the currency’s minor unit. Amounts in different currencies remain separate and are never silently converted or combined.

4. Customer discount

Your verified promotion code offers 20% off a customer’s first eligible AllInvestView purchase. The customer enters the code on an AllInvestView pricing page before secure checkout. AllInvestView verifies that no prior successful AllInvestView payment exists and applies a one-use, customer-specific discount at Stripe Checkout. Product eligibility still applies. Attribution may remain valid if a different eligible discount is used or this discount does not apply.

5. Refunds, disputes and corrections

A successful partial or full refund creates a proportional negative commission adjustment. A payment dispute that withdraws funds creates a proportional commission hold; if the dispute is won, any amount still held is restored, and if it is lost the negative adjustment remains. Refund and dispute adjustments on the same payment never reverse more commission than that payment earned. A warning-only inquiry or a dispute prevented before chargeback does not reduce commission unless funds are withdrawn.

Before external payment, these adjustments reduce the open balance. If verified negative evidence arrives after an invoice is accepted but before it is paid, that unpaid invoice is cancelled and replaced using the corrected ledger balance and a new reference. After payout, a negative adjustment carries into a future invoiceable balance. A paid payout is not rewritten and AllInvestView does not automatically withdraw funds from you.

Invalid financial ingestion may be voided only with recorded evidence and a correcting ledger entry. Earned amounts are not silently edited.

6. Invoices and external payment

  1. Earnings from a calendar month become invoiceable on day 15 of the following month.
  2. Partner Studio shows the exact net-positive commission subtotal, currency, covered period, invoice reference and AllInvestView billing details. Submit one invoice per currency to [email protected].
  3. AllInvestView reviews the invoice against the commission ledger, including all available negative adjustments. VAT or legally required withholding is recorded separately and does not change earned commission.
  4. A valid accepted invoice is paid externally within 15 calendar days. An unpaid accepted invoice may be replaced only when later verified financial evidence changes its ledger subtotal. There is no minimum payout.

The program does not provide PayPal, Wise, bank-transfer or Stripe Connect automation, and AllInvestView does not create a tax invoice on your behalf.

7. Promotion standards

You must make clear, conspicuous and legally compliant disclosures of the material partner relationship. Promote AllInvestView accurately and in good faith through genuine reviews, tutorials, newsletters, video or social content, communities and useful editorial comparisons.

Without prior written approval, you may not:

  • bid on AllInvestView names, trademarks or close variations in paid search;
  • create pages, domains, metadata or structured data that appear official or primarily capture branded AllInvestView coupon, discount or promo-code searches;
  • publish codes on coupon, deal, cashback or discount aggregators, or inject them through a browser extension;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, spam, misleading claims, impersonation or fabricated engagement;
  • use your own link or code for self-referral, or incentivize fraudulent or automated registrations.

8. Review, pause and termination

AllInvestView may review evidence and pause future link attribution or code use where there is a good-faith policy, fraud or integrity concern. A pause does not silently confiscate already-earned legitimate commission. Refunds, fraud and contractual violations are handled under these accepted terms and recorded evidence.

Either party may end future participation. Existing locked customer obligations and legitimate outstanding balances remain governed by the terms version snapshotted to them.

9. Changes

Economic terms accepted for an existing attribution do not change retroactively. A later commission rate, eligible product rule or commercial version applies only after AllInvestView publishes a new terms version and the relevant partner accepts it for future attribution.

10. Data and privacy

AllInvestView processes application/profile data to assess and operate the partnership, aggregate clicks and attribution/payment evidence to attribute sales and prevent abuse, and commission, refund, dispute, invoice and payout evidence to perform the agreement and meet accounting or legal duties. 11. Liability and contact

To the extent allowed by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
