This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the AllInvestView app, which is developed by Allinvestview Technologies (www.allinvestview.com). You can request deletion at any time, from the mobile app, from the website, or by email.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and data using any of the following methods:
- In the mobile app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password.
- On the website: log in, go to your account settings, and choose Deactivate account (allinvestview.com/deactivate_account).
- By email: email [email protected] from your registered email address and request deletion of your account.
What Happens and When
When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days, you can restore your account by contacting our support team. After the 30-day grace period, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What Data Is Deleted
Permanent deletion removes your account and all associated personal data, including:
- Your portfolios
- Your trades and holdings (stocks, bonds, options, and custom assets)
- Cash transactions
- Manually added dividends
- Watchlists
- Price alerts and notifications
- Portfolio snapshots
- AI assistant conversations
- Your account settings
- Non-financial Partner Program application and creator-profile details
What Data Is Retained
For legal and financial record-keeping purposes, we retain a limited amount of data after deletion:
- A minimal anonymized deletion-audit record that serves as proof the deletion took place. The email address on this record is removed after approximately 90 days.
- Anonymized billing and entitlement history required for financial record-keeping.
- Minimized Partner Program financial and terms evidence, including commission, refund, invoice, payout, and accepted-terms records required for accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. These records are detached from your deleted login and do not preserve your public creator profile.
Payment processors (Stripe, Apple, and Google) retain their own transaction records under their respective policies. Anonymous market data, such as security prices and identifiers, contains no personal data and is not affected by account deletion.
