Ticker Logos API — Terms of Use

Usage policy, trademark information, and service terms for the Ticker Logos CDN.

1. Trademark Notice

Company logos served by the Ticker Logos CDN are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are displayed for identification purposes only under the doctrine of nominative fair use.

AllInvestView does not claim ownership of any third-party logo. Use of these logos does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between AllInvestView and the trademark holder.

2. Takedown Process

If you are a trademark holder or authorized representative and would like a logo removed from the Ticker Logos CDN, please contact us:

  • Email: contact@allinvestview.com
  • Subject line: Ticker Logos — Logo Removal Request
  • Include: company name, domain, and proof of trademark ownership

We aim to process all removal requests within 5 business days.

3. Usage Policy

By using the Ticker Logos API, you agree to the following:

  • Do not modify, distort, or alter logos retrieved from the CDN
  • Do not use logos in misleading, defamatory, or unlawful contexts
  • Do not imply endorsement or affiliation with the logo owner
  • Do not circumvent rate limits or use automated tools to bulk-download logos

Attribution Requirement

Free use of the Ticker Logos API and CDN requires a visible attribution link on every page that displays logos from the service. The link must:

  • Be a standard HTML hyperlink (<a> tag) — not hidden, not set to display:none, and not obscured by other elements
  • Point to https://www.allinvestview.com/tools/ticker-logos/
  • Use a dofollow link (no rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored", or rel="ugc" attributes)
  • Be placed in a visible area of the page (e.g. page footer, sidebar, or near the logos)
  • Contain readable text such as "Logos by AllInvestView" or "Powered by Ticker Logos"

Non-compliance: If attribution is missing or does not meet these requirements, AllInvestView reserves the right to block access to the API and CDN for the offending domain without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

4. Service Disclaimer

The Ticker Logos API is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AllInvestView makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Service availability or uptime
  • Accuracy or completeness of logo data
  • Continuity of current rate limits or pricing

AllInvestView reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Rate limits may change at our discretion.

5. Data & Privacy

The Ticker Logos CDN does not track individual API requests or store personal data. IP addresses are retained temporarily and solely for the purpose of enforcing rate limits. No cookies are set by the CDN endpoint.

6. General

These terms are supplemental to AllInvestView's general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Ticker Logos-specific terms prevail for use of the Ticker Logos API.

By using the Ticker Logos API, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
